Whey's Back


Smoothie: Vanilla Protein Powder, Spinach,
Fiber Powder, Flax Seed, Blue Berries,
Strawberries, and lots of water.
In an earlier post I mention that one of the reasons I found it difficult to continue with the protein shakes is that I wanted to add the fruit and veggies but in our 900sqft condo and three sleeping kids it was tough to do in the mornings before work.  Now I work someplace where I can take the blender and mixings to prepare the smoothies in the break room.  My wife, Maria, made it all possible when she bought me a Ninja Blender for my birthday.  I am once again enjoying smoothies for breakfast.
