In Tandem

After getting rescued from the side of the road I returned home to some kids eager to ride their bike.  Figuring I could still use some cool down time (and to give the wife a break from them) we decided to go and check the mail. 

Davis loves his bike and insisted on wearing my helmet today - not a bad thing.  Daphne and I walked to the mail box and Davis pedaled with some assistance from me.  After checking the mail for the life of me I could not get Daphne to keep walking.  She wanted to play, eat rocks, and explore the apartment complex.  Davis got off to chase her and that was when I had the idea to have her ride and him walk.  I told Davis it was Daphne's turn but he had nothing to do with that.  He forced himself onto the bike which to my amazement worked out just find.  The two loved riding in tandem.
