I was finally able to take my bike out for a ride today. Last night in anticipation I thought about all the places I could go and what distance I should shoot for. I thought I could go any where from 5 to 10 miles - boy was I wrong. Due to a small part of being under the weather and a large part out of shape I only completed about 2.5 miles. By the time I got home my head was killing me, my lungs were burning and I was wiped out. I am glad that I did not push for more. I will definitely need to build up strength and endurance over time.
On another note, the bike is wonderful. I love it.
