We skipped the intro DVD which was a mistake - it showed how to do some of the moves and also had a fit test. I made it through about 20 minutes of the 40 minute workout before things really started to go down hill. I tried to continue and to keep up but I was spent.
Even now, two days later my legs are still very sore. Josh was going to do the second round last nigh or this morning, I hope to do the second one tonight if I can work though my head cold.
