Yesterday I had a good start to getting back on the wagon - up until dinner.
For breakfast I had a small bowl of cereal and low fat milk. For lunch I ate a green salad and an apple with lots of water. For dinner I had fillet-mignon with pasta salad and wheat rolls chased by a single scoop vanilla custard. oops.
Today I started the day at the gym with an hour of cycling and 15 minutes on weights. I got home cleaned up, got the new boy to sleep and then made a protein shake packed with berries, oats, flack seed, apples, spinach and lots of water. For lunch I ate a chicken salad and a diet coke. For dinner ??? Family and friends have been providing for us so there is no telling what to expect - I just need to be good though regardless of what is provided.
