Variety

I slipped.

I asked my wife watch me step on the scale - I stepped on backwards so that only she could see the number.  My thinking was that she could give me some feedback without actually telling me the number.  She read the number out loud and so I knew then and later that day while I was tempted to eat desert she said "you better not lose our %$#@ TV!"  I guess what I am saying is that I did not do as well as I thought I had done. 

With that said I did not put on weight I just did not lose anything during the week.  I am wanting to blame some of it on the additional weight lifting I have been doing in the mornings and the crunches.  I would rather not lay any blame on the cereal, bread, crackers, hot dogs, or bites of blueberry crumble and ice cream I snuck at a BBQ on Monday. 

I think I found a fun way to add some variation into my work out.  Right now the spin class I want to attend is every other Wednesday.  During the same time on the off weeks there is a boot camp group class I want to try.  The class I am most excited about getting into is the adult swim club.  I think I would really like swimming laps if I knew how to do it right.
