Today was weigh in and I am back on track. I was worried after last week that I would have a hard time getting back on in the groove of things. Last week I was very good about not eating out and sticking to the diet plan and it paid off. I am thinking that I could be at my ideal weight, between 200 and 210 by the end of the year. I am about 65 pounds away and have 8 months to go. I think to do that I am going to have to keep taking it up a level - eating even better, more miles, some upper body and core work, etc.
