Weigh in

The low or no carb thing seems to be doing its magic.  I did my Biggest Winner weigh in today and discovered I have lost a total of 11 pounds! 

The low carb thing is an adjustment though.  I used to eat a ton of cereals, breads, deserts, and so much more loaded with carbs.  My wife is doing a great job of cooking no carb meals and supporting me in this.  I am going to start rewarding myself with one free meal where I can carb load once a week as long as I have lost at least 3 pounds the previous week.
